Terms of Service

What ToxicTraders is

ToxicTraders is trading software. We grade macro-news releases against thresholds and execute the strategies you configure on trading accounts you own, via an execution bridge to your MT4/MT5 broker. We are not a broker, not a fund, and not an investment adviser. We never hold, receive or withdraw your funds — your money stays with your broker at all times.

Your account and your responsibility

You bring your own funded MT4/MT5 brokerage account and a VPS. You choose the broker; making sure fast news or latency trading is permitted by that broker's terms is your responsibility. You start, stop and size every instrument yourself — the engines only do what you configured. Keep your credentials to yourself; actions taken from your account are yours.

Subscriptions and billing

Access is sold as a monthly subscription (card via Stripe, crypto via NOWPayments). Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal lapses, the account pauses rather than cutting off mid-session; it resumes when payment completes.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from Billing. You keep full access through the period you have already paid for; the subscription simply does not renew. Fees for an elapsed or started billing period are non-refundable. If something on our side genuinely failed and you believe a charge is wrong, write to support@toxictraders.com — we read every case.

Fair use, no warranty

The software is provided "as is". We work hard on latency and uptime — the Edge section shows measured numbers, not promises — but markets, brokers, feeds and networks fail in ways nobody controls. We are not liable for trading losses, missed releases, broker rejections, slippage or downtime. Don't resell, share or reverse-engineer your access.

Privacy Policy

What we store

Your account data (name, email, password hash). The trading-account connection details you add (login, broker server, investor/trading password) — used solely to run the strategies you enable. Execution data (orders, fills, tick captures around your trades) — that is the product: it is what makes results provable. Support correspondence sent to our mailbox.

What we never see

Card numbers and wallet keys. Payments are processed by Stripe and NOWPayments on their infrastructure; we receive only the payment status.

Cookies and tracking

There is no ad tech here: no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies. The only thing kept in your browser is a session token (localStorage) so you stay signed in. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the payment processors named above and when the law requires it. Verified results you explicitly share are visible to the people you share them with. Data lives on our production servers for as long as your account exists; write to support@toxictraders.com to have your account and data deleted, or to request a copy of what we hold about you.

Risk Disclosure

Trading can lose your money

Leveraged FX, metals, energies and CFDs carry high risk. You can lose the entire balance of a trading account, and with some brokers more than you deposited. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

News trading is the sharp end

The seconds around a macro release are the most volatile a market gets: spreads blow out, liquidity vanishes, fills slip, brokers reject or partially fill orders. Our engines are built for exactly this environment — that does not make the environment safe. A correct signal can still lose money on execution.

Past results are not future returns

Verified results on this site are real, tick-captured trades — from specific releases, spreads and account sizes that will not repeat identically. They prove the trade happened; they do not promise the next one wins. Nothing here is investment advice or a solicitation to trade. The decisions — which releases, which thresholds, which size — are yours.
